Privacy notice
What this page collects, what we do with it, and your choices.
Last updated: October 21, 2026. This is a short notice for this page while the full site is being built. A complete privacy policy will replace it at launch.
Who we are
Copperhound, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Questions about this notice or your information: shop@copperhound.co.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your first name, shop name, email, phone number and how many people you have in the field. We use it to get back to you, and for nothing else.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see how people find this page: pages viewed, the site that sent you, your device and browser, and your rough location (city or region). It uses cookies to tell one visit from another. We don’t send it your name, email or anything you type into the form. Google signals and advertising features are off.
- Server records. Our server keeps a basic record of each request (IP address, browser, page and time) to keep the site running and stop spam. When you send the form, we keep your IP address with it for the same reason.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for anyone’s marketing.

How long we keep it
Form details are kept only as long as we need them to follow up with you, and deleted sooner if you ask. Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.
